    Heat Application- conducting Oil Heater in Temperature Control for Chemical Reactor

    The reaction kettle temperature control effect is to determine the product quality, production efficiency. Under normal circumstances the application of temperature control use different temperature heat transfer oil directly into the reactor jacket, in order to adjust the temperature transfer to the reactor, this often makes the reactor jacket fluid quite chaotic, kettle Temperature is difficult to achieve the expected results. In response to reslove this problem, we design a reactor oil circulating heater, the principle is to use the heat transfer oil through the pump, the heat  through heat exchanger into the reactor, when it need to cool down, start the cooling system, at same time the heater stops working. Just to reach the temperature inside the reactor at the setting time, then it continue to keep the temperature, so only the usage of heat conducting oil heater can make the kettle temperature faster and more accurately to reach the best temperature.
